What it is

Starbucks' at-home holiday range for 2026, announced on October 5 and spanning three formats. In coffee: Peppermint Mocha flavoured coffee, available for the first time in Starbucks by Nespresso for Vertuo and returning in K-Cup pods and roast & ground; Starbucks Holiday Blend; Starbucks Hazelnut Cocoa Flavored Coffee; and a Starbucks Cold Brew Multi-Serve Concentrate Sweetened Vanilla & Chocolate. In creamers: Peppermint Mocha Dairy Creamer, Sugar Cookie Latte Non-Dairy Creamer and a Chestnut Praline Latte-inspired dairy creamer. In ready-to-drink: Starbucks Iced Espresso Peppermint Mocha and a bottled Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino Chilled Coffee Drink. Starbucks says the coffees and creamers are available nationwide now and the ready-to-drink bottles begin arriving in October at select retailers, for a limited time while supplies last.

Why it’s getting attention

Starbucks says its coffeehouse holiday menu starts November 5, so the grocery range reaches shoppers roughly a month before the in-store one — which makes the at-home aisle the first place this year's holiday flavours actually appear. The overlap is deliberate rather than coincidental: Peppermint Mocha and Sugar Cookie Latte are both on the November 5 coffeehouse menu and both already have an at-home counterpart on shelves. The Vertuo addition is the one genuinely new format in the grocery announcement, and it matters to anyone who owns that machine and has been buying Starbucks pods in a different system.

Every item Starbucks named

The Peppermint Mocha line is the centre of the announcement. Starbucks says Peppermint Mocha flavoured coffee is available for the first time in Starbucks by Nespresso for Vertuo, and returns in K-Cup pods and roast & ground coffee. Alongside it the company lists a Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Dairy Creamer, a ready-to-drink Starbucks Iced Espresso Peppermint Mocha, and a bottled Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino Chilled Coffee Drink.

The returning items Starbucks names are Starbucks Holiday Blend, which the company describes as Latin American and Indonesian beans with notes of sweet maple and herbs; Starbucks Hazelnut Cocoa Flavored Coffee; and a Starbucks Cold Brew Multi-Serve Concentrate Sweetened Vanilla & Chocolate, which Starbucks describes as pairing cold-steeped coffee with vanilla and chocolate flavours and says yields multiple servings with water and ice added.

Two creamers complete the list: a Starbucks Sugar Cookie Latte Non-Dairy Creamer, which Starbucks says blends almondmilk and oatmilk with hints of buttery sugar cookie, and a Starbucks Chestnut Praline Latte-inspired dairy creamer, which the company describes as caramelized chestnut and buttery caramel flavours.

The coffees are out now; the bottles are not, quite

The announcement describes two different rollouts, and they are easy to read as one. Starbucks says the at-home holiday coffees and creamers are already available at grocery retail locations and online nationwide. The ready-to-drink beverages — the Iced Espresso Peppermint Mocha and the bottled Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino — only begin arriving in October, and at select grocery, convenience and specialty retailers rather than nationwide.

So a shopper looking for the bottled drinks in early October may be looking before they ship to a given store, and Starbucks has not published a date by which they will all have landed.

For context on the timing: Starbucks says its coffeehouse holiday menu does not start until November 5, which puts the grocery coffees and creamers on shelves about a month ahead of the drinks they are modelled on.

No prices, and a limited run with no last day

Starbucks named no price for any of the items, in any format or pack size. That is why this page lists none: a price the company has not published does not belong on it.

The company does say the lineup is available for a limited time, while supplies last. What it does not say is when that ends. "While supplies last" is a condition rather than a date, and it is the only end point Starbucks has given, so the end date here is recorded as unknown. The one firm date in the announcement after launch is the sweepstakes cut-off of December 31, 2026, which is a promotion deadline and not a statement about how long the products stay on shelves.

The Rewards sweepstakes, and who actually makes these

From November 2, Starbucks says Rewards members can scan a QR code under the bottle cap of eligible products for a chance at prizes including "Starbucks for a year" or bonus stars. The eligible products it names are the Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino ready-to-drink bottle, the ready-to-drink Iced Espresso Peppermint Mocha multi-serve bottle, and the Peppermint Mocha, Chestnut Praline and Sugar Cookie creamers in 28 oz. Starbucks' own rules state that no purchase or scan is necessary, that entrants must be Rewards members aged 18 or over in the 50 U.S. states and D.C., and that entries close December 31, 2026. Starbucks says the "for a year" prize is fulfilled as a daily credit for 365 days rather than as an open tab.

One piece of provenance worth recording: Starbucks says its ready-to-drink beverages are developed through the North American Coffee Partnership, its long-running joint venture with PepsiCo. The bottled drinks in a grocery aisle and the drinks in a Starbucks coffeehouse come through different arrangements, which is part of why their availability and timing differ.
