Red Lobster's Late Night Happy Hour Started October 12, and Costumed Kids Eat Free October 30 to November 1

From October 9 through October 12, 2026, Red Lobster said guests dining in at participating U.S. restaurants could add a $1 individually-sized appetizer to any entree. It was one $1 appetizer per entree purchased, and the choice was limited to three items the company named: four Mozzarella Cheesesticks served with marinara, three hand-breaded jumbo Parrot Isle Coconut Shrimp with pina colada sauce, or a Shrimp Cocktail of four premium jumbo shrimp with cocktail sauce.

The terms ruled out stacking: Red Lobster stated the offer could not be combined with any Red Lobster Nation offer or reward, or any other discount. It was also dine-in only, so it did not apply to a To Go order.

Of the four things announced on October 8 this was the one with a stated last day, and that day was October 12. The window has now closed, and Red Lobster has not announced an extension or a repeat.

Late Night Happy Hour started on October 12, 2026, and it is live. Red Lobster's own Happy Hour page now lists Happy Hour as Monday through Friday, 3–6 p.m. and 9 p.m. to close — the company's own listing of the new evening window alongside the existing afternoon one, which is stronger evidence than the announcement that preceded it.

In it, Red Lobster lists $6 signature cocktails, wine and beer and $2 off select starters. The company's Happy Hour page names the Classic Margarita, Long Island Iced Tea, Classic Coconut Mojito and Watermelon Mint Martini among the $6 cocktails; Blue Moon, Bud Light, White Claw Black Cherry, Mark West Pinot Noir and Ecco Domani Pinot Grigio among the $6 beer and wine; and Lobster Flatbread, Seafood-Stuffed Mushrooms, Crab Queso, Lobster Dip and Mozzarella Cheesesticks among the $2-off starters. The seasonal Fire & Tide Margarita — Cuervo Tradicional Blanco Tequila with Fireball Whisky — is listed at $6 as a Happy Hour exclusive, with the option to Make It Mega for $3 more.

The exclusions are the part worth reading before driving anywhere, and they come from the release rather than from the Happy Hour page, which lists no state carve-outs and says only that hours and participation may vary by location. Red Lobster's own terms in the October 8 release state the beverage offers are not valid in North Carolina, Oklahoma or Utah, nor in eight named Georgia locations: Buford, Canton, Columbus, Duluth, Gainesville, Kennesaw, Newnan and Rome. In South Carolina they apply only Monday through Friday from 4 to 6 p.m., where permitted — which means the late-night window does not carry the drinks offers there at all. Happy Hour is dine-in only, with to-go and delivery excluded, and the listed prices exclude tax and gratuity.

From Friday, October 30 through Sunday, November 1, Red Lobster says families in the U.S. and Canada can get free kids' meals with the purchase of a full-price adult entree. The company's terms are more specific than its announcement: they require a full-price dinner entree.

Dining in, the costume is a requirement rather than a suggestion. Red Lobster states that when kids arrive in costume, one full-price dinner entree redeems up to two free kids' meals, with a limit of two free kids' meals per table — and that whether a costume qualifies is at the sole discretion of restaurant personnel.

Ordering To Go, the costume does not apply but the ratio drops: placed online with coupon code SPOOKY26, one full-price dinner entree redeems one free kids' meal. Either way the discount is capped at $9.99 per free kids' meal, and the offer cannot be combined with any Red Lobster Nation offer or reward or any other discount.

The October 8 release also added NEW OLD BAY Seasoned Scampi to the U.S. Endless Shrimp lineup from October 12, taking it to six flavours, and prices Endless Shrimp at $24.99 at most participating locations. Red Lobster's footnote adds that price and participation may vary, that it is dine-in only, that it is not available on holidays or for To Go, catering or delivery, and that all shrimp flavours are subject to availability.

Still no end date for Late Night Happy Hour. The release introduced it as Happy Hour staying up late rather than as a limited run, and as of October 13, 2026 Red Lobster has published neither a last day nor a statement that it is permanent — the Happy Hour page lists the hours and names no end date either. So this page does not describe it as either, and the status here is simply that it is available.

There is also no list of participating locations for any of the offers. Red Lobster directs guests to RedLobster.com for restaurant hours, menus and participating locations, which is the only answer the company gives to the question of whether a particular restaurant is in.
