McDonald's Caramel Apple Pie McCafé Drinks Are Off the Menu — No End Date Was Ever Announced

Checked on September 21, 2026, McDonald's McCafé menu lists none of the three Caramel Apple Pie drinks. The menu shows the year-round lineup — Iced Coffee, Caramel and Mocha Frappés, the latte, cappuccino and macchiato range — and no seasonal apple item.

Two further signs point the same way. The product page McDonald's ran for the Caramel Apple Pie Iced Coffee no longer exists; that URL now redirects to the general McCafé menu. And the chain's Trending Now page, which promoted the line as its fall coffee while it ran, now promotes new refreshers and crafted sodas instead.

McDonald's has not announced that the range has ended. Menus also vary by restaurant, so an individual location may still have syrup left. What can be said from the company's own site is that the range is no longer listed nationally.

While the range was listed, McDonald's described it on its own site as apple pie crumble, salted caramel flavoured whipped topping and caramel apple pie flavoured syrup, brought together in the Caramel Apple Pie Frappe, Iced Coffee and Latte.

The product page for the Iced Coffee went a little further: apple pie crumble topping meeting caramel apple pie flavoured syrup plus salted caramel flavoured whipped topping, sold in small, medium and large, with a medium listed at 290 calories. That page no longer exists — the URL now redirects to McDonald's general McCafé menu — so this is the record of what the company published while the drinks were on sale, verified against that page on August 22, 2026.

The notable thing about McDonald's fall coffee in 2026 was what was missing from it. While the Caramel Apple Pie line ran, the chain's own Trending Now page promoted it as the fall coffee and listed no pumpkin spice drink anywhere in the lineup.

That page has since moved on: checked on September 21, 2026, it promotes new refreshers and crafted sodas, and carries no Caramel Apple Pie item and no pumpkin spice coffee. McDonald's has never published a statement explaining the absence of a pumpkin coffee, and this page does not guess at one.

McDonald's never published a launch date for the Caramel Apple Pie drinks on either its Trending Now page or the product pages. Several publications reported August 18, 2026 as the day they went on sale. That may well be right, but it is reporting rather than a company statement, so it is not recorded as a confirmed launch date here.

No price was published either: McDonald's restaurants set their own, so any figure quoted elsewhere did not come from the company.

And no end date was ever announced. The range was described as limited-time from the start, and it has now simply stopped being listed, with no last day given before or after the fact.
